Cowork Morning Brief is a private, single-user application. It is used by one person — its author — to read that persons own Oura Ring data. It is not offered to, advertised to, or usable by anyone else.
Using the Oura API v2, and only with the scopes granted at authorization: daily readiness, daily sleep, daily activity, daily stress, and related sleep-period detail such as heart-rate variability and resting heart rate.
Solely to compose a personal daily summary for the author. The data is not analyzed for any commercial purpose, not used to train any model, and not aggregated with anyone elses data.
No one. The data is never sold, rented, published, or disclosed to any third party.
OAuth tokens are stored on a private server controlled by the author, in a file readable only by the service account. Oura measurements are fetched on demand and are not written to any database.
No Oura data is retained beyond the lifetime of a request. Authorization can be revoked at any time from Oura account settings, which immediately and permanently ends this applications access.
